  • We are located at a beautiful rural estate in the heart of nature, surrounded by a spacious garden. The address is Monnikhof 11, Maasmechelen.

  • Our classes are designed to be accessible and welcoming to everyone, regardless of their fitness background. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced athlete, you'll find value in our sessions.

  • you don’t. Good-quality yoga mats are essential for practicing yoga and will be provided by us. As well the strength equipment in a personal training session and group class. however, we do suggest you wear comfortable clothing. Make sure your clothes allow for easy movement and don't restrict your range of motion.

  • as yoga teachers and strength coaches, our words are powerful tools. the classes will be taught in Dutch unless we have one or more English speakers taking part. of course, personalized strength training is given in English if the client is not native. Our aim is to create a space where all athletes feel welcome and supported in their practice.
